In conjunction with Harrisburg Pennsylvania's revitalization project of its inner city, Sugar N Spice Confections was honored to have partnered with Hamilton Health Center & Wild Heart Ministries in the launching of a unique farm-to-table open air community Market. We were so honored to be a part of helping breathe new life into our local community, and we look forward to making a few appearances during this years market season!
